Refund policy

This Refund Policy explains how and when we issue refunds. For the full step-by-step return process, see our Returns Policy.

1. Refunds under the 14-day right of withdrawal

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel and request a refund, for any reason. To exercise this right, follow the steps in our Returns Policy.

What you'll get back

  • Price of returned items: 100% refunded provided they meet our condition requirements.
  • Original outbound shipping: refunded only if you return your entire order. If you keep some items, we don't refund outbound shipping.
  • Return shipping: not refunded — you pay for return shipping on change-of-mind returns.

Timing

  • By law, we issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or your proof of return, whichever is earlier).
  • In practice we aim to issue refunds within 3-5 business days of receipt.
  • Refund processing from us to your account: 2-10 business days for cards, faster for digital wallets and BNPL providers (Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay).

Refund method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or account.

2. Refunds for faulty or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, you have additional rights:

  • Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015: you can reject the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. After 30 days, you can claim a repair, replacement, or refund up to 6 years from delivery.
  • Under the EU two-year legal guarantee of conformity: you can claim a repair, replacement, or refund for non-conforming goods for 2 years from delivery.

To make a claim: email sales@saverafashion.com with photos of the issue and your order number. We cover return shipping in these cases.

3. Order cancellations before dispatch

You can cancel an order at no cost before it has been dispatched from our fulfilment centre. Email us as soon as possible — we typically dispatch within 2-3 business days of order, so don't delay. Full refund issued same day.

4. Partial refunds

We may issue a partial refund if:

  • The returned item shows signs of wear, missing tags, or damage caused after delivery.
  • The original packaging is significantly damaged.

The partial refund amount reflects the diminished value of the goods. We'll always communicate this to you before processing.

5. Refund refusal

We may refuse a refund if:

  • The return request is made outside the 14-day window without statutory grounds (e.g. defect).
  • The returned item is unfit for resale due to wear, damage, contamination, or removed tags.
  • The return relates to a non-returnable item (see Returns Policy).

If we refuse a refund, we'll explain why and (where appropriate) return the item to you at your cost.

6. Chargebacks and disputes

If you have an issue with an order, please contact us first — we aim to resolve every reasonable claim within a few days. Raising a chargeback through your bank before contacting us slows everything down and can result in us closing your account.
