1. Where we ship

We currently ship to:

  • United States (all 50 states)
  • United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)

We do not ship to any other destination at this time.

2. Shipping rates

Shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment and depend on your delivery country.

3. Order processing time

  • Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
  • During sale events or peak periods (e.g. Black Friday), processing may take up to 5 business days.

4. Delivery times (after dispatch)

  • United States: 7-14 business days.
  • United Kingdom: 7-14 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, severe weather, or remote delivery areas.

5. Tracking

All orders ship tracked. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.

6. Duties and taxes

Duties, VAT and sales tax are included in the price shown at checkout. You will not be asked to pay extra on delivery.

7. Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
