Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we ship your order, how long it takes, and what to expect at delivery.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)
  • EU member states (subject to IOSS / VAT registration coverage)

If your country isn't supported at checkout, we don't yet ship there — email us and we'll let you know when we do.

2. Where we ship from

All orders ship from our partner fulfilment centre in India. Shipping is via international tracked services (e.g. DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail International).

3. Order processing time

  • Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed the next business day.
  • During sale events or peak periods (e.g. Black Friday), processing may take up to 5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, severe weather, or remote delivery areas.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping cost is included in the product price. You won't see a separate shipping charge at checkout. We absorb the cost of international shipping into the listed price for simplicity.

6. VAT and customs duties

UK orders

All UK orders include UK VAT in the listed price. The UK VAT is collected at checkout and remitted to HMRC under the UK's overseas-seller scheme. You will not be asked for VAT or duties at delivery.

EU orders

For orders under €150, we're registered for the EU's Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS). VAT for your country is included in the listed price and remitted to the EU tax authority on your behalf. No VAT or handling fees at delivery.

For orders over €150 (rare in our catalogue), VAT and any customs duties may be collected at delivery by the carrier. We'll flag this at checkout if it applies.

7. Tracking your order

  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse, including a tracking number and link.
  • Tracking is usually live within 24-48 hours of dispatch.
  • For real-time updates: track at the carrier's website using the number we provide.

8. Failed delivery / missed packages

If you're not home when the carrier attempts delivery:

  • They will typically leave a card with re-delivery options or a local pickup point.
  • You have 7-14 days (varies by carrier) to collect or re-arrange.
  • If the package is returned to us as "unclaimed", we'll contact you. You'll be responsible for re-shipping costs if you still want it, or we'll refund the order minus the original shipping cost.

9. Lost or damaged in transit

If your package is significantly delayed (more than 5 business days past the estimated window) or appears lost in tracking, email us at sales@saverafashion.com. We'll open a trace with the carrier.

If a package is confirmed lost, we will reship the order at no cost to you, or refund in full — your choice.

If your package arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents before unpacking further, and email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover replacement or refund as appropriate.

10. Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address you provide. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can update it if the order hasn't dispatched yet.

Once dispatched, we cannot change the address. Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to address error are refunded minus the original shipping cost.
