These Terms of Service govern your use of saverafashion.com ("the Site") and any purchases from Savera Fashion ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Savera Fashion sells women's apparel manufactured in India to customers in the United Kingdom and European Union. Contact: sales@saverafashion.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or over and have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract.

3. Your account

  • You may purchase as a guest or create an account.
  • If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current information and update it if it changes.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Products

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, sizes, and descriptions accurately, but display can vary slightly between devices. All product photos are representative; the actual item may have minor variations in shade, weave, or trim. Where there is a material discrepancy, our Refund Policy applies.

5. Pricing

  • All prices on the Site are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
  • EU customers see prices inclusive of EU VAT calculated at checkout based on destination.
  • Prices may change at any time, but the price displayed at the time you place your order is the price you pay.
  • If a price is displayed incorrectly due to an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Placing an order

  1. You place an order by completing checkout.
  2. You will receive an order confirmation email — this is an acknowledgement of receipt, not acceptance.
  3. The contract between us is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation email.
  4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, suspected fraud, payment failure, stock unavailability, or pricing errors. You'll receive a full refund if we cancel.

7. Cancellation and right of withdrawal

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch by emailing sales@saverafashion.com. We will refund you in full.

After delivery, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. See our Refund Policy for full details.

8. Delivery

  • Orders are shipped from India to UK and EU destinations.
  • Typical delivery: 7-14 business days to UK, 10-15 business days to EU, after dispatch.
  • Order processing takes 2-3 business days before dispatch.
  • Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes when we receive payment in full.

9. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: you have 14 days from receipt to return items in unworn, original-tag-attached condition; the customer pays return shipping; refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the goods.

10. Conformity and warranties (statutory rights)

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If goods do not meet these standards on delivery, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund — see our Refund Policy.

For EU customers, the EU's two-year legal guarantee of conformity applies.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, product designs, trademarks — is owned by Savera Fashion or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
  • Attempt to disrupt, damage, or compromise the Site's security.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Engage in any automated scraping or data harvesting without our written consent.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from a contract for the sale of goods is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product(s) in question. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised "Last updated" date. The version in effect at the time you place your order is the one that applies to your purchase.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales, except that EU consumers retain the protections of their local law and may bring proceedings in their country of residence.
