Returns Policy

We want you to love what you buy from Savera Fashion. If something isn't right, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under UK and EU consumer law. This page explains exactly how returns work.
The basics
- 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to return it.
- Items must be unworn, with all original tags attached, in original packaging.
- You arrange and pay for the return shipping back to us. Typical return-shipping cost from UK is £15-25.
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or your proof of return, whichever is earlier).
1. Your right to withdraw
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, for any reason. You don't need to give us a justification.
This right applies to almost all items we sell. Exceptions: see Section 5 below.
2. How to start a return
- Email sales@saverafashion.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and which items you want to return.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with the return address (in the UK) and a return reference number.
- Pack the items securely, include the return reference inside the parcel, and ship them via a tracked service. Keep your tracking receipt — that's your proof of return.
- You then have a further 14 days to actually ship the goods back to us once you've notified us.
3. Condition requirements
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be:
- Unworn — no signs of use, wear, washing, or alteration.
- Tags attached — all original brand and price tags still on the garment.
- Original packaging — original polybag/box where applicable.
- Free of marks — no makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or other contamination.
If returned items do not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund reflecting the diminished value.
4. Return shipping
- You arrange and pay for return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- We recommend a tracked, insured service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit before they reach us.
- Return to the UK address we send you. Do not return items to India or to any other address.
5. Items you cannot return
Under UK and EU consumer law, the following are not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal:
- Hygiene-sealed items (e.g. swimwear, intimates) where the hygiene seal has been broken.
- Made-to-order or personalised items.
- Gift cards.
- Items damaged by you after delivery (not eligible for goodwill refund but may still be covered under defect/warranty — see Section 7).
6. Refund timing and method
- Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.
- By law we must complete this within 14 days of receiving the goods or your proof of return, whichever is sooner. In practice we aim to refund within 3-5 business days of receipt.
- Refunds cover the price of the returned items only. Original shipping fees are refunded only if you're returning your entire order (per UK CCRs).
- Refund processing time from us to your card can vary: 2-10 business days for cards, instantly for Klarna/PayPal.
7. Faulty or incorrect items
If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or different to what you ordered, this is separate from the 14-day withdrawal right — it's covered under your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 (or the EU two-year legal guarantee of conformity).
In that case: we cover return shipping. Email us with photos of the issue and your order number within 30 days of delivery (or as soon as the issue becomes apparent for hidden defects). We'll arrange a prepaid return and offer you a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
8. Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges. If you want a different size or colour, return the original item per the process above and place a new order for the size/colour you want.
9. Why we have a strict policy
We ship from India, which means returns are expensive and slow. We balance offering you the legal protections you're entitled to with running a viable cross-border business by keeping our prices fair and our condition requirements firm. We appreciate your understanding.
